Months full of blessings and challenges
We want to share with much gratitude what these months have been like in the Word of Life ministry. These last two months have been a great blessing and we have been able to see the God of the work doing what in our strength would have been impossible to accomplish.
In May we had a very good time where we were able to have our family Pic Nic, there were 9 churches participating and more than 500 people on the property, it was super good. And God showed us that his hand was with us because we were only 3 couples to attend everything, but God provided guys, brothers from churches that helped us and joined with us to all the preparation before and even the day of the event. Many heard about our God and his beautiful plan of salvation.
The churches had a good time and ended the day thanking for what had been and we ended up thanking God for allowing us to see his hand holding us, giving strength and providing people by our side. Thank you for praying because we asked for that in the last letter, so you have been part of this wonderful work.
We have been able to spend the weekends supporting the churches and discipling leaders. It is very good to be working alongside the pastors in the work of spreading the gospel and training leaders for the service of their own church.
This month of June we received a group of 5 students from the Bible Institute in Mexico who were with us on their mission trip, and it was good to take the message of Jesus to more communities near our property and supporting a local church in San Salvador. Unfortunately, during those same days we had a rainstorm that affected our schedule and our property. But thanks to God we were able to preach the gospel and people were able to hear about Jesus and in the church the brothers were able to learn a new technique of how to preach the gospel.
God is good and He will not stop being good of that we are sure. For now we paused for an activity that we had for 3 days this weekend in our property where we were going to receive several churches represented with their young people but the storms that the country received a few weeks ago left our property very affected, we have the rooms and kitchen flooded, the pool got mud, the courts flooded, in short affected but trusting that God is still in control. For this reason we canceled the cancellation because it was impossible to receive the children in these conditions and it could not be cleaned in a week since it is still raining at times in the area.
We ask you to pray that soon the property will be in good condition and that God will provide all that is needed to fix it and even the hands we need to carry out all the physical work that is required.
We do not want to finish without telling you that we thank God because our multipurpose room now has air conditioning. God put in the hearts of people to be part of this need that we had so that the children at the time of preaching, workshops or time to be inside can be comfortable and concentrated. How many thanks we give to God for supplying and blessing us with this

Prayer Requests
- For our property to be back in condition to receive the youth.
- For the children and youth camp season (November for children and Dec. 2 weeks for youth).
- To continue to be of support and encouragement to the churches.
- To open doors for us to share the message of salvation and to be able to work with new churches.
- For strength and provision for each missionary family.
- May God add more committed workers to His harvest in the ministry.
